Neighborhood Project & Planning Support
Starting in 2026, NEH will offer four levels of neighborhood planning and project support. Participant selection will be based on applications for the following four levels of support. Each level is intended to be offered annually. Additional information available soon. 

Level 1: Neighborhood Group Formation
Assisting with the formation of two new neighborhood groups. Additional information available soon. ​

Level 2: General Support for Neighborhood Groups
Providing support to existing neighborhood groups, such as fiduciary services, printing/copying, meeting and event space, and other types of organizational and project implementation support. Additional information available soon. ​ 

Level 3: Next-Level Capacity and Implementation Support

Providing additional organizational and project implementation support to four existing neighborhood groups. Additional information available soon. 

Level 4: High-Level Planning and Implementation Support
Providing high-level support to two existing neighborhood groups, resulting in the creation of neighborhood plans. Additional information available soon.
