Fiduciary Services
Since 2016, The Neighborhood Engagement Hub has beenserved as a fiduciary for neighborhood groups and smaller community organizations. A fiduciary is an individual or organization legally authorized to manage money or property on behalf of another party, holding a strict duty of loyalty, care, and good faith to act in the beneficiary's best interests. They must avoid conflicts of interest, prioritize the beneficiary's needs over their own, and act prudently. Common examples include nonprofits, trustees, executors, financial advisors, and power-of-attorney agents. Questions? Email info@nehflint.org.
